Our Story
Our youngest child lives with asthma and anaphylaxis – a severe allergic reaction that can occur upon contact with certain allergens. Since early infancy, adrenaline pens and inhalers have been a natural part of our everyday life.
After the diagnosis, it quickly became clear that few people around us knew how to help if something happened. At the same time, we realized that many families, schools, and organizations had their own homemade solutions – various notes, routines, and storage spots. This created confusion and uncertainty, both for the children and for the adults expected to take responsibility.
For us as parents, this made it harder to hand over responsibility: to send them to school, let the child play sports, and participate in everything that belongs to childhood.
What was needed was more than just medication and a piece of paper with instructions. There was a need for a support system that follows along and looks the same for everyone with conditions requiring emergency help in daily life – something that guides the adults around the child when it truly matters.
